Pay Range: $21 - $25 per hour

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a line cook.
- Current Food Handler's Permit
- Knife Skills: Proficient and safe handling of knives and kitchen equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Produce consistently high-quality dishes with attractive presentation.
- Team Player: Must have a positive attitude and work well with others.
- Willingness to Learn: Open to mastering new techniques and recipes.
- Sense of Urgency: Ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Cleanliness: Maintain sanitation, follow food safety guidelines, and always clean as you go.
Basic Line Cook Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prep food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report, and follow instructions from the head chef
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely manner
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
