About the Role:
As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting project managers and ensuring that all aspects of construction projects run smoothly. From scheduling and budgeting to communicating with vendors and tracking progress, you’ll be at the center of the action, making sure everything stays on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects.
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and budgets, identifying any potential issues early.
- Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, permits, and compliance records.
- Support site supervisors with materials ordering and logistics coordination.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Handle administrative tasks related to project management, such as reports and invoices.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous experience in construction coordination, project management, or a related field.

✔️ Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
