Job Description

Come grow with us! Due to unprecedented demand, Alloy Products Corp. has experienced continued growth in our Manufacturing Operations. We are looking for the right person to help support and enhance operations in the Accounting Department with a starting salary from $75,000 based on skill and experience.

This position reports directly to the VP / CFO. The right candidate will have a well-rounded skill set, as the expectation would be this person would be able to support / perform all department functions including but not limited to: AP, AR, collections, reconciliation, monitoring cash flow, preparing accruals, supporting month end close, preparing and entering journal entries, job costing, budgeting, and outside audit preparation.

The ideal candidate will have had experience with different accounting systems, plus have an eye for efficiencies and process improvement. Manufacturing experience is preferred, although not a requirement. Prior management experience is not required, although the opportunity exists for this position to grow into a supervisory one.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• CPA certification preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in accounting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work within various software systems.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while applying appropriate prioritization.

• Ability to read, write and speak English.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
