Dataquad Inc. is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Engagement Specialist to enhance the overall customer experience and build lasting relationships with our clients. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized support, and drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. You will play a key role in promoting customer engagement initiatives and helping customers maximize the value of Dataquad’s products and services.
