About the Role:
As an Event Promotions Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our fundraising events by supporting event promotions, community outreach, and engaging with participants. You’ll work closely with our events team to boost attendance, raise awareness, and drive support for charitable causes. Whether you're experienced or new to the field, we offer comprehensive, hands-on training to help you grow and succeed.
Key Responsibilities:

Event Logistics Support: Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown, ensuring smooth and successful execution of each event.

Promote Fundraising Campaigns: Distribute promotional materials, represent nonprofit clients, and engage with potential attendees to raise awareness and participation.

Engage Event Participants: Answer questions, provide event information, and share key details about the supported cause to inspire involvement.

Manage Sign-Ups and Donations: Handle event sign-ups, process donations, and accurately collect attendee feedback to continuously improve future events.

Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the events team to meet event goals, deadlines, and ensure the success of each campaign.

Participate in Training: Take part in training sessions that cover event promotions, marketing strategies, and fundraising best practices.
