Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Key Responsibilities ● Physician one-on-one mentoring for new grads ● Option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center ● Variety of cases, ability to keep up skills ● Rare call responsibilities for back up call, opportunities for overtime if desired ● Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support ● Care team model, equitable call schedule ● ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases ● Leadership who value YOU and your life outside of work ● Flexible work culture and time with patients ● Autonomy with full practice support ● Mentorship and collegial practice environment ● Supportive administration with local decision-making ● Input into the practice and future ● Collaborative medical staff, operations team and leadership ● Focus on wellness and care quality ● Strong and available subspecialty support ● Cardiac experience and interest a plus ● Open to new grads, offering strong mentoring and support, and experienced providers Schedule and Shift Details ● Flexible work days and hours, option for self-scheduling 5-8s, 2-12s + 2-8s, 3-12s, future option for 13/13/14. Rare call responsibilities for back up call, opportunities for overtime if desired.
