As our client's Senior Manager of Care Delivery Operations, you will lead projects to design and implement key components of the care model, ensuring high-quality care delivery and compliance with regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead major projects and initiatives in care model design and implementation ● Develop processes and tools for exceptional participant experience ● Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations ● Enhance processes based on feedback from market leadership ● Support the launch of new markets and oversee operations implementation ● Evaluate and implement vendors for service delivery ● Designing initiatives by leveraging cross-functional stakeholders. ● Brings a hands-on approach to building essential functions, capabilities, and playbooks as needed. Proactively identifies risks and offers solutions. Schedule and Shift Details: ● Hybrid, Monday - Friday, 8a-5p. Greater Los Angeles and South Los Angeles Markets.
