Agency on Aging (PAA) is currently seeking an individual to serve as the
Administrative Assistant to perform supportive work assisting the Nutrition Department
providing nutrition services for those 60 years and older.

Key Responsibilities
As a Nutrition
Administrative Assistant, you play an essential supporting role in the support
and recreation of providing services to older adults who attend dining centers
or receive home delivered meals. In this
position you will collect daily nutrition records, tabulate and compile data, perform
client reassessments, and provide technical support and assistance to nutrition
department staff.
Essential
Skills and Experience
We are looking for applicants with any combination of
education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school. Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Office
and web-based data entry and possess a valid Virginia Driver’s License.

Hourly
Rate: $15.18 Quasi Full-Time
– 30 hours
Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
