Job Summary
Position opening for a Medical Assistant / Certified Nurse Assistant / Licensed Practical Nurse to work in an outpatient clinic with four family practice physicians. Must possess excellent clinical skills, have considerable knowledge of commonly used medications, their actions and side effects, and be able to function in a fast paced outpatient clinic.
Qualifications.
- CNA or LPN licensed in the State of Alaska. Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent medical experience may be considered.
- Must have ability to operate clinic medical equipment. Strong computer skills and ability to learn various software programs.
- Ability to positively interact with coworkers and patients. Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Must be able to work on a myriad of tasks and stay focused on patient care.
- Must be able to pass a State of Alaska Background Check and drug screen (including Marijuana).
