Stafford Early Autism Services is a dedicated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinic committed to providing high-quality services for children and individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support daily clinic operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years in an administrative role (preferably in healthcare, ABA, or therapy settings).
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Confidentiality & Ethics: Ability to handle sensitive client information with professionalism and discretion.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with clinicians, therapists, and families in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet clients, families, and staff professionally and warmly.
- Communication & Customer Service: Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide information to families and staff.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain client and staff records as needed, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Staff & Client Support: Assist BCBAs, RBTs, and clinic leadership with administrative tasks.
- Supply & Inventory Management: Restock office and clinic supplies and update Office Manager on low inventory as needed.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure all clinic policies and HIPAA regulations are followed.
- General Office Duties: Manage files, process mail, and assist with special projects as assigned.

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00/hour
