Job Description
Stafford Early Autism Services (SEAS) is a small, clinic based, ABA provider in Stafford, VA that is looking for passionate and motivated speech language pathologists and occupational therapists to join our team in order to provide a collaborative treatment approach for clients.

Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities and Duties Include:
· Assessing, diagnosing, screening, and treating language, speech, and swallowing disorders
· Creating individualized treatment plans and providing 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based setting
· Educating family members about speech disorders and causes, as well as providing and modeling strategies for family members and client’s treatment team to address speech disorders
· Collaborating with entire treatment team, to include parents, BCBAs, RBTs, OTs, teachers, etc.
· Completing detailed and thorough session notes
· Completing all documentation required by insurances
· Evaluating patient progress and implementing changes to therapy programs as necessary
· Maintaining a professional relationship with all staff, clients, families and treatment team members
Qualifications and Skills
· Master’s degree in related field
· Virginia Speech Language Pathologist License
· Maintain CEU’s as required by Licensing Board
· Must love working with children and families
- Must be a hands-on trainer and a team player
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Clean Background Check
