Administrative Safety Officer

Steadfast is looking to hire an Administrative Safety Officer.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced working environment with ability to multi-task.

The candidate for this position should have great customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and employees.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Auto Insurance.
  • Fleet & Equipment Inventory / Management.
  • Employee Cell Phone Set Up / Management.
  • Employee Uniform & PPE Inventory.
  • Resolving occasional IT support requests from employees.
  • Conduct any necessary scheduling task / creating calendar events.
  • Follow company filing / documentation protocols.
  • GREAT personality and eagerness to learn.
  • Answering outbound / inbound calls.
  • Other administrative duties.

Job Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus.
  • Inventory management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Efficient trouble shooting / IT abilities.
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, and the ability to follow special instructions.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).

Will Train Ideal Candidate in the following areas:
  • Auto insurance renewals.
  • Vehicle registration renewals / DMV issues.
  • Fleet Management in Fleetio.
  • Driver's License Check - Quality assurance in Embark.
  • Company Uniform & PPE facilitation.
  • Cell Phone Management.
  • Other Areas, we have lots of room to grow!
