Position Location: Traveling to various customers & ThermTech facilities.
Position Hours: FULLTIME 1st Shift: 6:15 AM – until route is complete (Monday -
Friday)
Position Wage: Wage starting at $24 per hour for minimal experience. Hourly rate dependent on experience.

Job Description:
The Class B Driver is responsible for following schedules and instructions to maintain a
real time flow through the shipping and receiving areas in the plant. Identifying issues with their
direct customers and reporting those issues to management will also be expected.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proper tagging of all incoming orders in real time
- Verify packaging is suitable prior to shipping
- Loading & unloading trucks as needed
- Ensure plant organization & cleanliness
- Able to drive any Class B ThermTech truck
- Ability and willingness to learn any of the Class B routes
- Truck Responsibilities
o Keep updated maintenance on truck o Oil changes
o Preventative maintenance
o Overall cleanliness of truck, inside and outside
o Fill out daily pre-trip inspection
o Navigation of trucks safely on daily route
o Individual to maintain their shipper queue daily
o Fill out trip report log if your truck has IFTA plates
o Receiving procedure 72-01
o Shipping procedure 75-06-01
o Tagging Procedure
o Transfer Procedure
o Deliver and pick up orders on time to exceed customers' expectations
o Show courtesy, kindness, respect, & patience with all customers
o Help customer to the best of your ability-if unable to assist have them contact
customer service
o Remain aware of overnight orders for their customers & ask production if they are
not done to ensure orders make delivery times.
Minimum Requirements:
All hires are contingent upon a 9-panel hair follicle drug test & background check.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Acquire/maintain forklift certification
- Class B license required
- Current Fed Med Card required
Experience:
- MUST be able to drive split shift manual transmission
- Route driving experience preferred
Hard Skills:
- Understand Bluestreak & Microsoft Office software & use it efficiently
- Understand ThermTech’s quality policy
- Basic knowledge of Southeastern Wisconsin’s roadways
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing, & reading)
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math knowledge
