We are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling warm leads and explaining our services and the benefits to potential customers. You will also be responsible for transferring interested customers to our senior executives for further consultation.
Responsibilities:
Contact warm leads by phone and email to explain our services and the benefits of our products.
Determine customer needs and propose solutions to meet their requirements.
Transfer interested customers to our senior executives for further consultation.
Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products to schedule appointments for our senior executives.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in customer service or sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Willing to learn.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with computers & phones.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
