Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects within the Physical Security Business Unit, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables, while ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular project meetings, facilitate discussions, and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulations related to physical security systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the physical security industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with physical security systems, such as access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection, is highly desirable.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Compensation

Salary: Negotiable and commensurate with experience.
