We do not limit the number of applications you can receive from our software. Whether you receive 1 or 1,000 applications, the price is the same. Even if you only receive one application per month, our software is well worth the price to enable the on-line application process, while giving your company the tools you need to receive, track, and manage all current and previous applications.

No. As part of your registration, you will automatically get your own NinjaGig portal. We let you choose your own domain name (yourcompany.ninjagig.com) and you will use that link to point applicants in the right direction.

Even after canceling, you can still log in to your account to access your historical application data. Your portal will no longer be active for applicants, but your records remain available to you.

All applicant and company data is protected using HTTPS/SSL encryption. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, ensuring applicant privacy and compliance with industry best practices.

We are in the process of adding more specialty boards to our partnership list. Besides our own NinjaGig Job Board, when you post a job through NinjaGig, it will automatically be distributed to leading job boards, including:

As part of your subscription, you receive a custom API which you can integrate via Zapier to your system of choice. We have no premade integrations, but allow you the freedom to do so. You can also easily export applicant data via CSV files for use with other systems.

Our competition charges between $60 - $300/month, or more! We decided long ago that we wanted our software to be usable AND affordable by companies of all sizes. The reason our price is so much less than the competition is that we feel a higher fee alienates many of the very customers we want to serve.

Just login to your account and use the cancel option. If you don't see the option on your profile page your account is already canceled.

Subscriptions are billed according to your plan. We do not currently offer refunds if you choose to cancel.

Yes. Visit our demo page to book time with our team, or subscribe online whenever you are ready.

We accept all major credit cards. Choose monthly ($49/month) or annual ($490/year) billing when you subscribe. You may cancel at any time. At present, we do not offer invoicing.

Yes, you may pause your subscription if your hiring is seasonal. This allows you to retain access to your data without keeping your portal active.

Absolutely. We have enabled our software to make accepting employment applications from a mobile device a piece of cake. Mobile visitors will automatically be re-directed to a mobile-friendly website and still enjoy your fully-functional employment application.

Of course. The application includes the ability for resumes and/or cover letters to be attached to the application. When the application is completed, you are emailed the application including the resume and/or cover letter the applicant attached. You can also view these attachments at any time from within your NinjaGig portal.

We e-mail you every time an application is received. Then, you just login to the applicant tracking system to view/organize the new application.

No. You can post unlimited jobs and receive unlimited applications at no extra cost. You can also add multiple team members to your account for easy collaboration.

You can fully customize your application form by adding unlimited fields, questions, and required documents. This ensures you gather all the information you need from applicants.

Yes. You can upload your logo and customize your company's job portal so applicants see your company�s branding when they apply.

Yes. NinjaGig includes reporting tools so you can track applications by job, view applicant sources, and monitor hiring trends over time.

We provide email-based and phone-based customer support with a typical response time of less than one business day. You can also access our online help articles and guides 24/7.

Yes. All applications and job postings are mobile-friendly. Your portal can also be translated into Spanish, with other languages available upon request.

Yes. NinjaGig portals and applications are designed with accessibility in mind and meet current ADA web compliance standards.
