Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate, you will assist in various areas, including:
- Event Promotion & Coordination: Help with planning, organizing, and promoting events to ensure maximum engagement and smooth execution.
- Client Engagement: Support building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring effective communication throughout the planning process.
- Brand Representation: Assist with brand management to ensure consistent messaging and a strong brand presence at events, contributing to the success of promotional activities.
- On-Site Event Support: Provide on-the-ground support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly and attendees have a positive experience.
- Marketing Material Preparation: Help prepare event-specific marketing presentations and materials to promote events and the firm’s services.
- Logistics Support: Manage event logistics, ensuring event setups and operations meet expectations and run efficiently.
